摘　　要：新时代的教师应该做好自己的职业生涯发展规划,不断探索如何适应新时代的发展和要求,迅速适应工作岗位要求,迅速成长、成才,为新时代教育事业做出应有的贡献。教师要摆正心态,牢记教育责任和职业使命;扎实工作,从点滴做起并不断提升自我;敢于创新,树立终身发展的目标。Teachers in the new era should make their own career development plan,constantly explore how to adapt to the development and requirements of the new era,quickly adapt to the requirements of the job,grow up rapidly,and make due contributions to the education in the new era.Teachers should keep in mind the educational responsibility and professional mission,work hard,start from every bit and improve themselves constantly,dare to innovate and set up the goal of lifelong development.
