摘  要:知识共享、思维共享、智慧共享是教师群体发展素养的基本途径,智慧共享是高阶的共享形态。立足于时代之基、教师的日常生活与人类的基本理想之基,以形成智慧和增长才干为价值取向,以教师群体素养发展为动因,探寻智慧共享的意义与价值至关重要。智慧共享的主体要素是教师群体,客体要素是共享的内容、资源、环境、技术、方法等。智慧共享有个体主导、群体主导和组织主导三种机制,对教师群体的精神世界、教学世界和生活世界形成三维重塑。Knowledge sharing,thinking sharing and wisdom sharing are the basic ways for teachers to develop their accomplishment,and wisdom sharing is a high-level form of sharing.On the basis of the times,the daily life of teachers and the basic ideals of human beings,the significance and value of wisdom sharing are explored by taking the formation of wisdom and the development of ability as the value orientation,and the accomplishment development of the teacher group as the motivation.The subject element of wisdom sharing is the teacher group,and the object element is the shared content,resources,environment,technology,methods,etc.Wisdom sharing has three mechanisms of individual dominance,group dominance and organization dominance,which form a three-dimensional reshaping of the spiritual world,teaching world and living world of the teacher group.
