摘　　要：介绍了"订单+联合"校企协同大核电人才培养体系。针对核电人才培养在理论教学中存在的问题,提出了解决方法。该体系以企业需求为导向,通过创新教育理念,完善专业课程体系,加强师资队伍建设,用精准高效的方法对学生进行核专业知识的传授,使其系统学习,以满足核电企业对入行者的专业知识要求。This paper introduces a nuclear talents education system: the university-enterprise collaborative "order +union",focusing on the issues in theoretical teaching and studying,and proposes solutions. This system is enterprise requirements orientated,and improves the specific courses,strengthens the construction of teachers’ team. This nuclear talents education system also provides the professional nuclear knowledge to students via precise and effective method,ensures the students have systemic study to fulfill the professional knowledge requirements of entrants from nuclear enterprises.
