摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情早期发生很多医务人员感染,分析医务人员感染的原因提示临床工作者掌握预防医学知识、特别是传染病预防观念和技能的重要性。作为临床医学生专业教育重要组成,预防医学与公共卫生教育对于临床工作者树立大健康观、大卫生、预防为主的思想具有重要作用。在临床医学生的培养过程中,注重基础教育和临床教育,预防医学课程占整个学习课程的比重偏小,且以理论课居多,公共卫生与预防医学实践技能培训较少。本文专题探讨临床医学生加强预防医学实践技能的必要性和紧迫性,提出加强临床医学生预防医学实践技能的措施和建议,为培养具有预防医学观念和技能的复合型临床医学人才提供借鉴。The article starts from medical personnel infection in the early period of coronavirus disease(COVID-19),reveals the lack of preventive medicine concepts and skills of clinical staffs through the analysis of the status and reason.We explore the necessity and the urgency to strengthen preventive medicine practical skills of medical students,and summarize the measures and suggestions to improve preventive medicine practical skills of medical students.These can provide evidences for training concepts and skills of preventive medicine of medical talents.
