摘  要:目的通过开发构建核心能力评价体系,客观评价医学生核心能力现状,利用结构方程模型探讨其重要影响因素。方法以天津市医科类院校大学生为研究对象,采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法进行问卷调查。所使用核心能力量表为自行设计开发,包括医学专业能力、人际关系、个人素养、科研能力、职业价值共5个维度。共计发放问卷400份,回收有效问卷393份。结果天津市医学生核心能力总的得分率为71.4%,其中人际关系维度得分率最高,之后依次为个人素养、科研能力、职业价值和医学专业能力。中医类医学专业能力、个人素养的平均分均高于西医类专业,而人际关系、职业价值则低于西医类专业。结构方程模型结果显示,专业类别和学制不同是影响医学生核心能力的主要因素。结论天津市医学生的核心能力总的得分率居于中等水平,影响医学生核心能力的因素包括专业类别、学制不同。因此,各医学专业类别应该针对不同维度有侧重地调整课程及增加实践活动,以提高医学生的核心能力。Objective Through the development and construction of core competence evaluation system,objectively evaluate the status of medical students’core competence,and use structural equation model to explore its important influencing factors.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted by multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method and the questionnaires were delivered to the medical college students in Tianjin.The core competence scale was designed by us,including 5 dimensions:medical professional ability,interpersonal relationship,personal qualities,scientific research ability and professional value.A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed and 393 valid questionnaires were collected.Results The total score rate of core competence of medical students in Tianjin is 71.4%,among which the score rate of interpersonal relationship dimension is the highest,followed by personal qualities,scientific research ability,professional value and medical professional ability.The average scores of traditional Chinese medical major medical professional ability and personal literacy are higher than western medicine majors,while interpersonal relationship and professional value are lower.The results of the structural equation model show that the different professional categories and academic systems are the main factors affecting the core competence of medical students.Conclusion The total score rate of core competence of medical students in Tianjin is at the middle level.The factors affecting the core competence of medical students include the professional categories and different educational systems.Therefore,each medical professional category should focus on adjusting courses and increasing practical activities according to different dimensions in order to improve the core competence of medical students.
