摘　　要：随着在华医学留学生规模的扩大,如何提高教学及管理质量成为各高校共同面临的问题。本文在调查留学生教学实际和分析所在问题基础上,提出了融合式、趋同化管理模式,在实践中改革和完善医学留学生管理工作,通过对留学生在改革前后对教学满意度的变化,证明了该管理模式的可行性和有效性,有望为同类高校的管理改革提供借鉴和思路。With the expansion of the scale of international medical students in China,how to improve the quality of teaching and management has become a common problem faced by colleges and universities in China.Based on the survey and analysis of a questionnaire on teaching and management,this paper puts forward the integration and convergence management as a reform and improves the international medical student’s management.Comparative study before and after the reform demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the management mode,which will serve as a reference for peer colleges and universities.
