摘  要:随着新上岗教师的不断增加,对新教师的培训正成为学校的重点工作之一。新教师校本培训应注重教学操作层面的培训,促使新教师关注学生,建构自己的教学方式;注重课堂教学仪式,营造教学氛围;抓实教学管理工作,提升教学实效。With an increasing number of novice teachers,training novice teachers is becoming one of the important tasks for schools.School-based training for novice teachers should attend to the training of teaching operation,make them attach importance to students,and construct their own teaching styles.Besides,teachers should give prominence to the rite of classroom teaching and create the teaching atmosphere.Finally,teachers should actually conduct teaching management to improve the teaching effi ciency.
