应用型本科人才培养的课程育人及科研育人的路径探究--从专业课程教师的视角看无锡太湖学院创建一流应用型大学

摘　　要：随着市场经济的不断发展和改革开放的深入,社会分工越来越细,对各类专业化的人才需求也越来越高,时代呼唤应用型大学的诞生。本文首先在界定应用型大学内涵的基础上对应用型大学的人才培养要求展开论述,从课程育人和科研育人两个方面作了重点展开,并以无锡太湖学院专业课程老师的视角来探索一流应用型大学的创建。本文提出了无论是在理论课程还是实践课程讲授的同时都要注重学生主人翁思想和高尚的道德情操培养,二者缺一不可。With the continuous development of the market economy and the deepening of reform and opening up,the social division of labor is becoming more and more detailed,and the demand for all kinds of specialized talents is getting higher and higher.The era calls for the birth of applied university.In this paper,f irst of all,on the basis of def ining the connotation of the applied university of applied university personnel training requirements,from two aspects of curriculum to educate and scientif ic research for the key,and As a professional teacher in Wuxi Taihu University perspective to explore the creation of an applied university.It is suggested that both theoretical and practical courses should pay attention to the ideological and moral cultivation of moral sentiments.
