摘  要:近年来,随着我国教育事业的进一步发展,远程教学团队与全日制高职院校教学团队应运而生。纵观这两个教学团队可知,两者在教学目标上都是为社会培养人才,但两者在具体的实施上却有很大的差异。因此,应加大对远程教育教学团队与全日制高职院校教学团队的差异性思考,通过思考给出具体优化措施,促使教学团队综合质量提升迫在眉睫。In recent years,with the further development of educa-tion in China,distance education teaching teams and full-time higher vocational college teaching teams have emerged.Looking at the two teaching teams,we can see that both are aimed at cul-tivating social talents in terms of teaching goals,but there are sig-nificant differences in their implementation.Therefore,it is ex-tremely urgent to increase the thinking about the differences be-tween them,and give specific optimization measures.
