摘  要:建构现代学校治理体系是学校实现教育治理和教育现代化的基础,相关体系的建构必须形成明确的导向和正确的思路。民主合作是组织治理的基本特征。治理目标通过多元主体合作实现,治理工作围绕多元主体合作运作,治理能力以多元主体合作为标准,治理方式以多元主体合作为要点,治理重心指向多元主体合作关系协调。因此,多元主体合作关系建构是现代学校治理体系建构的实践导向。学校建构治理体系,要制定要求合作的治理制度,建设引领主体合作的治理文化,树立导航主体合作的治理理念,建构便于多方合作的治理结构,建构合适的分权系统。Constructing the governance system of modern schools is the basis for schools to realize the educational governance and educational modernization,so the construction of related systems must have a clear direction and correct ideas. Democratic cooperation is the basic characteristic of organizational governance. The governing objective is achieved through the multi-subject cooperation;the governing work is centered around the multi-subject cooperation;the governing ability is measured by the multi-subject cooperation;the governing method takes the multi-subject cooperation as the major point;and the governing focus is directed at the coordination of multi-subject cooperation. Therefore,the relationship construction of multi-subject cooperation is the practical orientation of the construction of school governance system. To construct the governance system,it is necessary for schools to establish the governance system requiring cooperation,to build the governance culture leading the subject cooperation,to establish the governance ideas directing the subject cooperation, to construct the governance structure facilitating the subject cooperation,and to construct the appropriate system of separating powers.
