摘  要:迄今为止,我国在干部培养上已经形成了一定的规模,干部教育也已成为干部提升专业能力的重要渠道。与丰富的实践相比,干部教育的学科建设相对滞后,影响了干部教育的健康发展。当前中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,进一步建设高质量的干部教育顺势成为保持社会良性发展的大事,对干部教育开展针对性研究迫在眉睫。干部教育学科建设的策略主要是树立学科意识,彰显学科特色,整合研究主体,搭建学术平台。So far,China has formed a certain scale in cadre training,and cadre education has become an important channel for cadres to improve their professional ability.Compared with rich practice,the construction of cadre-education subject is relatively backward,which affects the healthy development of cadre education.At present,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and further building high-quality cadre education has become a major task to maintain the healthy development of society.It is urgent to carry out a targeted research on cadre education.The main strategies of the construction of cadre-education subject are to establish the subject consciousness,highlight the subject characteristics,integrate the research subjects and build the academic platform.
