摘 要:为了促进高等教育的变革和可持续发展,2020年3月,美国高等教育信息化专业组织(EDUCAUSE)发布了《2020年地平线报告:教与学版》。报告从社会、技术、经济、高等教育本身以及政治五个方面,阐述了当前及未来影响全球高等教育教学发展的十五个重要趋势;对自适应学习技术、人工智能/机器学习、学生成功分析、教学设计、学习工程和用户体验设计的提升、开放教育资源、扩展现实这六项对高等教育未来会产生重大影响的新兴技术和实践,进行了详细的介绍;预测了高等教育、教学四种可能的未来走向与情景,并描述了九位专家对报告中的主要发现所进行的反思。通过对报告的核心内容进行分析和解读,可以为我国高等教育的改革和发展,尤其是当前疫情防控特殊情况下基于网络的教与学以及技术的有效利用等,提供若干启示与借鉴。In order to propel the transformation and sustainable development of higher education,EDUCAUSE published the report of 2020 EDUCAUSE Horizon ReportTM(Teaching and Learning Edition) in March 2020. The report described fifteen influential social,technological,economic,higher educational and political trends that would have important impact on teaching and learning practice in higher education currently and in future. At the same time,the report gave detailed introduction about six emerging technologies and practice that would help shape the future of higher education and they were adaptive learning technology,artificial intelligence/machine learning,student success analysis,elevation of instructional design,learning engineering and user experience(UX)design,open education resources,and extended reality. The report attempted to portray four possible scenarios for postsecondary teaching and learning in future. Finally,the report summarized nine horizon panelists’ reflections about the findings of the report. Based on the interpretation of the core contents of the report,the study would provide some hints and suggestions for reform and development of Chinese higher education,especially in area of web-based teaching and learning practice and effective utilization of technologies in the special situation of novel coronavirus pneumonia(NCP)prevention and control.
