人力资本理论的批判与突破——“新人力资本理论”十年之后再反思

摘　　要：人力资本理论构成了教育经济学发端的基石,决定了该学科与现实世界的关系特质。系统反思与批判人力资本理论的不足,进而讨论教育经济学有待突破之处,当是对该理论创建者的无惧争议和力求创新之精神的最好纪念。本文提出,采用经济学的分析工具,构建一个以教育为本的、关于教育的体系和制度变迁的理论至关重要。Human capital theory constitutes the foundation of the discipline of educational economics,thus instrumental in shaping the relationship between the discipline and the real world.In this paper,I propose that examining the theory from a critical perspective and thinking about potential breakthroughs,such as constructing a theoretical framework that focus on the evolution of educational systems and institutions,are crucial ways for the future development of the discipline.It will also be a laudable commemoration for economists who proposed and developed the theory sixty years ago in the spirit of pursuing intellectual innovation despite controversy and animosity they then faced.
