精神分裂症患者个案管理模式的探索

摘　　要：目的探讨个案管理模式对于精神分裂患者的意义。方法选取2016年10月至2017年9月我院收治的社区精神分裂症患者共60例进行研究,采用随机数字法分为2组(个案组及对照组),每组各30例,个案组采用个案管理模式进行干预,对照组采用常规社区随访模式。分别于干预前、干预半年及干预1年后,评估两组的MRSS评分、SDSS评分、及复发情况。结果干预前两组的MRSS与SDSS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预半年及干预1年后,个案组的MRSS与SDSS评分显著低于同期的对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);个案组的复发率及再住院率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个案管理模式可显著提高精神分裂患者的康复水平及社会功能恢复,并可显著降低精神分裂症的复发。Objective To explore the significance of case management model for schizophrenic patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with schizophrenia in the community treated in our hospital from October 2016 to September 2017 were selected for research.The random number method was used to divide into 2 groups(case group and control group),30 in each group.The case group used the case management model for intervention,and the control group used the conventional community follow-up model.The MRSS score,SDSS score,and recurrence of the two groups were evaluated before the intervention,six months after the intervention,and one year after the intervention.Results There was no significant difference in MRSS and SDSS scores between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After six months of intervention and one year of intervention,the MRSS and SDSS scores of the case group were significantly lower than those of the control group during the same period,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate and rehospitalization rate in the case group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The case management model can significantly improve the rehabilitation and social function recovery of patients with schizophrenia,and can significantly reduce the recurrence of schizophrenia.
