大众武术健身之眼法问题辨析

摘　　要：眼法是武术的一项非常重要的技法要求,无论是对抗状态中的武术散打,还是非对抗状态中的武术套路,眼法都是至关重要的。然而,大众武术健身爱好者的调查发现,部分武术练习者存在诸多眼法问题,甚至武术训练中根本就没有眼法。eye technique is a very important requirement of martial arts.It is very important whether it is martial arts Sanda in the state of confrontation or martial arts routine in the state of non confrontation.However,the investigation of Mass Wushu fitness enthusiasts found that some Wushu practitioners have many eye problems,even there is no eye method in Wushu training.
