摘　　要：在经济全球化背景下,按照国际标准培养专业人才我国高校适应国际化调整的重要途径。随着工程教育认证工作的推进,“以学生为中心”、“以成果为导向”和“持续改进”的核心教育理念已被广泛接受。对照核心理念梳理了工程认证标准,从培养目标、毕业要求、课程设置、教学组织和持续改进等方面着手,在水利水电工程专业人才培养模式构建实践中融入工程教育核心理念,为相关专业开展类似工作提供借鉴和参考。Under the background of economic globalization,it is an important way for colleges and universities in China to adapt themselves to the internationalization adjustment by training professional talents according to international standards.With the advancement of engineering education certification,the core educational concepts have been widely accepted.This paper combs out the engineering certification standards according to the core concepts,starting from the training objectives,graduation requirements,curriculum design,teaching organization and continuous improvement,and incorporates the core concepts of engineering education into the practice of constructing the training mode of water conservancy and Hydropower Engineering professionals,so as to provide references for similar work of relevant professions.
