摘 要:推导了机电悬挂阻尼系数的数学表达式,运用MATLAB/Simulink搭建了机电悬挂系统仿真模型.仿真与试验结果表明:负载电阻越小,阻尼系数越大,且没有死区现象;当负载电阻一定时,悬挂变形速度越大,阻尼力越大.说明可以通过调配不同的电阻值实现机电悬挂阻尼力的调整.The mathematical expression of the damping coefficient of the electromechanical suspension is deduced,and a simulation model of the electromechanical suspension system is established by using MATLAB/Simulink.Simulation and experimental results prove that the smaller the load resistance is,the larger the damping coefficient is,and there is no dead zone phenomenon;when the load resistance is constant,the greater the suspension deformation speed,the greater the damping force.It shows that the damping force of the electromechanical suspension can be adjusted by adjusting different resistance values.
