摘 要:基于反思的成人自主学习是以反思为核心的自主学习。文章概述了反思和成人自主学习的概念内涵,通过分析反思和自主学习之间的内在逻辑,探讨“反思能否促进成人自主学习”,发现反思能促进成人自主学习效果的提升,而自主学习效果的提升能促进成人学习能力的进一步发展。在“反思是如何促进成人自主学习”这一部分,文章则通过将反思的理念融入到自主学习的一般过程中,构建了基于反思的成人自主学习模式。Adult autonomous learning based on reflection is autonomous learning with reflection as the core.Firstly,this paper summarizes the concept connotation of reflection and adult autonomous learning,probes into the internal logical relationship between reflection and autonomous learning,discusses"whether reflection can promote adult autonomous learning",and finds that reflection promotes the improvement of adult autonomous learning effect,while the promotion of autonomous learning effect can promote the further development of adult learning ability.And in the part of“how to promote adult autonomous learning by reflection”,the article constructs the adult autonomous learning model based on reflection by incorporating the idea of reflection into the general process of autonomous learning.
