摘　　要：通过对装配式建筑企业的调研,概述了装配式建筑的发展现状,介绍了B I M技术在装配式建筑中的应用、EPC工程总承包下的一体化建造、钢筋套筒连接技术、PC外墙拼接防水技术等新进展;结合教学实践,提出了在建筑工程技术专业融入装配式建筑新进展的途径,调整人才培养方案、在相关课程中增加装配式建筑新进展的内容、以虚实结合的方式开展装配式建筑实训;同时阐述了开展装配式建筑教学的保障措施。Through research of prefabricated construction enterprises,this paper summarizes the development situation of prefabricated construction,introduces the combination of BIM technology and prefabricated construction,integration under the EPC project general contracting construction,steel sleeve connection technology,PC wall splicing waterproof technology and other new progress;Combining with teaching practice,this paper puts forward in the construction engineering technology specialty into prefabricated way of building a new progress,adjusting the talent training scheme,increase the content of the prefabricated building new progress in related courses,to carry out the prefabricated construction practice in the form of bricks;Expounds the safeguard measures of prefabricated construction teaching.
