摘　　要：海带多糖一般包括褐藻胶、岩藻多糖、褐藻淀粉三种,本文综述了三种海带多糖的结构、功效、提取方法,重点介绍了海带多糖的综合提取利用及进展,并对海带多糖的发展前景进行了展望。It is summarized the structure,efficacy and extraction methods of alginic acid,fucidan and laminaran which are the main polysaccharides of kelp.The progress of comprehensive extraction of kelp polysaccharides was emphatically introduced and the development prospect of kelp polysaccharides was also discussed.
