摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱仪建立测定复方中药保健酒中松果菊苷与毛蕊花糖苷含量的方法。AlltimaC18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液梯度洗脱(流动相A为乙腈,B为0.1%甲酸水,梯度条件为0-30 min,15-27%A,85-73%B;30-40 min,27%A,73%B);流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:330 nm;柱温30℃,进样量10μL。松果菊苷、毛蕊花糖苷分别在0.05-1.60mg/mL(R2=0.9999;n=6)、0.25-0.80mg/mL(R2=1;n=6)范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率分别为99.52%及97.20%。该方法重复性好,准确,可用于复方中药保健酒中松果菊苷、毛蕊花糖苷含量测定。To establish a method for determination echinacoside and acteoside in healthby wine by HPLC.Alltima C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)was used with the mobilephase of acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min(The mobile phase A was acetonitrile,B was 0.1%formic acid water,the gradient was 0-30 min,15-27%A,85-73%B;30-40 min,27%A,73%B).The detection wavelength was set at 330 nm.The column temperature was maintained at 30℃.The linear ranges of echinacoside and acteoside were 0.05-1.60 mg/mL(R2=0.9999;n=6)and 0.25-0.80 mg/mL(R2=1;n=6),respectiv ely.The recoveries were 99.52%and 97.20%of respectively.The method was reproducible and accurate.It can be used for the quality control of healthby wine.
