摘 要:应用型本科院校与校外实习基地协同育人机制的建立,是学校人才培育关键环节。只有更新观念,科学建立校企协作育人多元管理主体,提高实践教学基地运行质量与成效,优化管理制度,健全质量评价与监控机制,制定科学的实践教学考核指标与方式,才能充分发挥校外实习基地的功能。基于阐述校企协同育人的必要性,分析当前应用型本科院校校企协同育人的现状,提出规范实践教学基地管理,完善保障体系与激励机制,推动实践教学基地可持续发展的相关措施。The establishment of the collaborative parenting mechanism between the applied undergraduate colleges and the off-campus internship bases is the key link in the cultivation of talents. Only by updating the concept and scientifically establishing the principal body of multi-disciplinary management of cooperation between schools and enterprises, improving the operation quality and effectiveness of practical teaching bases, optimizing the management system, improving the quality evaluation and monitoring mechanism, and formulating scientific evaluation indicators and methods for practical teaching. In order to give full play to the function of the offcampus internship base. This paper briefly expounds the necessity of cooperation between schools and enterprises in educating people, analyzes the current situation of cooperation in educating people in application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities, proposes measures to standardize the management of practical teaching bases, perfect the guarantee system and incentive mechanism, and promote the sustainable development of practice teaching bases.
