模因论视域下外贸英语函电教学研究与实践——以培养学生跨文化书面交际能力为维度

摘　　要：理查德·道金斯(Richard Dawkins)的模因论是一种基于达尔文进化论的观点来阐释人类文化生存发展规律的理论。模因论应用于外贸英语函电教学,是传统教学理念与现代教学理念的有机统一。基于分析模因论应用于外贸英语函电教学的可行性,构建了启发式、创造性及合作性等现代教学理念培养学生跨文化书面交际能力的教学实践活动,最后通过教学评估来验证教学实践的有效性,以期为外贸英语函电教学提供一定的启示。Richard Dawkins’ s meme-tics based on the Darwin’s theory of evolution interprets the law of human culture’s survival and development. The teaching of business English correspondence applying the memetics integrates the traditional and modern teaching principles which are enlightening, creative and cooperative. This study analyzes the practical usefulness of meme-tics in the teaching of business English correspondence, establishes the teaching activities to develop college students’ intercultural written communicative competence, and finally proves the validity of these activities through students’ evaluations. It aims at enlightening the teaching of business English correspondence.
