摘　　要：应用信息技术促进基础教育均衡发展是世界教育教学改革工作的一项重要内容。分析信息技术对于区域教育均衡发展的社会现实意义与发展阶段,并以此为基础构建基础教育均衡发展模型,建立全面统筹的区域基础教育发展战略协同机制和多方参与的协作发展合作共同体是促进区域基础教育均衡发展的主要路径。The application of information technology to promote the balanced development of basic education is an important part of the world education and teaching reform. The main way to promote the balanced development of regional basic education is to analyze the social practical significance and development stage of information technology for the balanced development of regional education,build a balanced development model of basic education based on this,establish a comprehensive and coordinated mechanism of regional basic education development strategy and cooperation community of multi-party participation.
