摘　　要：以辽宁五所高校继续教育学院在读学生为样本,从招生管理、课程设置、教务管理、师资力量、基本体系、职业素质提升、职业发展能力七个维度构建学生满意度调查问卷,运用SPASS软件分析学生满意度的影响因素,基于学生角度分析目前成人教育教学质量存在的问题,并据此从教学评价体系、教学质量保障体系、师资建设和生活细节保障等方面提出建议和解决对策。The paper takes students of five adult higher education colleges in universities in shenyang as samples,and sets student satisfaction questionnaire from seven dimensions including the recruitment of students management,curriculum setting,teaching management,teachers,and basic system,improvement of professional quality,professional development ability,an then uses SPASS software analysis the influence factors of student satisfaction to find out the current adult education teaching quality problems from the student’s view,finally analyzes the causes of these problems and puts forward suggestions and solutions from four aspects: teaching evaluation system,teaching quality assurance system,teacher construction and life details assurance.
