摘　　要：近年来,随着综合育人素质教育理念的不断深入,国家进一步规范了研学旅行的服务流程和标准。随着社会的快速发展,研学旅行市场的需求也越来越大。旅游业在实际的发展过程中,积极响应国家号召,强化了对“旅游+教育”发展模式的探索。本文基于胜任力背景,对研学旅行导游培训方案进行了深层次的研究。In recent years,due to the continuous deepening and implementation of the concept of comprehensive education for quality education,the state has further standardized the service process and standards of research and learning travel.In addition,as the pace of social progress continues to accelerate,the market demand for research and learning travel has also been effectively released.Therefore,in the actual development process of the tourism industry,it actively responds to the national call and strengthens the exploration of the"tourism+education"development model.Based on the background of competence,this paper conducts in-depth research on the training program for guides of research and learning travel.
