摘　　要：目的:观察非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者肿瘤组织中免疫抑制标志物Foxp3和PD-1以及记忆性T细胞标志物CD45RO的表达情况,探讨3种标志物与患者临床病理因素和预后的关系。方法:采用免疫组化染色检测87例NSCLC组织和38例正常肺组织中Foxp3、PD-1和CD45RO的表达,比较不同临床病理特征的NSCLC组织中以上3种蛋白表达的差异,以及3种蛋白不同表达水平的NSCLC患者无进展生存曲线的差异。结果:与正常对照相比,NSCLC组织中Foxp3和PD-1高表达(P<0.05),而CD45RO在两种组织中的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Foxp3高表达与淋巴结转移和肿瘤分化程度有关,而CD45RO高表达与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。Foxp3高表达的患者预后较差(P=0.042)。结论:Foxp3和CD45RO的高表达与NSCLC患者某些临床病理因素有关,Foxp3可能影响患者预后。Aim:To detect the expressions of immunosuppressive markers(Foxp3 and PD-1)and memory T cell marker(CD45RO)in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)tissue,as well as their relationship with clinicopathological parameters and prognosis of these patients.Methods:Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expressions of Foxp3,PD-1,and CD45RO in 87 cases of NSCLC tissue and 38 cases of normal tissue.The relationship between the expressions of Foxp3,PD-1,and CD45RO and clinicopathological parameters was evaluated.PFS survival curve of patients with different expressions levels of Foxp3,PD-1,and CD45RO was compared,respectively.Results:The expressions of Foxp3 and PD-1 in NSCLC tissue were significantly higher(P<0.05).The high-expression of Foxp3 was closely related with lymphatic metastasis and tumor differentiation of the patients,while that of CD45RO was related with lymphatic metastasis(P<0.05).The patients with high-expression of Foxp3 had worse prognosis(P=0.042).Conclusion:The expressions of Foxp3 and PD-1 are related with some clinicopathological parameters of NSCLC patients,and Foxp3 may be related to the prognosis of NSCLC patients.
