摘　　要：阐述了现阶段我国畜禽肉品分割加工存在的问题,提出畜禽肉品分割加工智能化发展的迫切性。在分析研究国内外智能化技术、畜禽肉品分割加工应用现状的基础上,指出了我国畜禽肉品分割智能化发展的趋势,助推我国畜禽加工产业智能化发展。The problems that existed in the segmentation processing of livestock and poultry products in our country were described,and the urgency of the development of intelligent segmentation processing of livestock and poultry products was put forward.The application status of intelligent technology and segmentation processing of livestock and poultry products at home and abroad was analyzed and studied,and development trend of intelligent segmentation of livestock and poultry products in our country was pointed out.
