摘　　要：目的通过调查医学科学型硕士研究生的培养现状,了解现代医学科学型硕士教育中存在的问题,提高医学科学型硕士的培养质量,完善其教育培养方案。方法采用自编问卷对河南某大学医学院2016届和2018届的医学科学型硕士进行调查,用统计学方法对调查结果进行分析。结果 2018届医学科学型硕士研究生对学习时间松紧情况体验、学位论文选题等级、毕业论文完成质量、第一作者发表SCI/中文核心文章方面优于2016届。毕业后, 2018届科学型硕士更愿意选择继续攻读博士。结论 2018届医学科学型硕士研究生的培养质量优于2016届研究生。Objective The aim of this study was to understand the problems existing in medical postgraduate education through investigating the cultivation situation of the medical scientific master’s degree graduates, and to provide reference for improving the quality of the postgraduate education and the cultivation program in medical scientific master’s degree graduates.Methods A survey was conducted to investigate the medical scientific master’s degree graduate students in 2016 and 2018 in Henan province by using the self-designed questionnaire, the results were analyzed by statistical methods.Results The medical scientific master’s degree graduates in 2018 were superior to the students graduated in 2016 in terms of the semester study time management, the academic paper selection level, the quality of graduation thesis, and the proportion of graduates in SCI/Chinese core journal published by the first author. The medical scientific master’s degree graduates with willingness for PHD study in 2018 were more than those in 2016.Conclusion The cultivation quality of the medical scientific master’s degree graduates in 2018 is superior than that in 2016.
