摘  要:本文基于图像处理与机器学习技术,结合无人机飞行器、热像仪、无线图传模块等硬件,提出了一种利用无人飞行器全自动巡检光伏板并识别故障进行建模的智能系统.该系统具有检测速度快、检测周期短、准确度高、直观显示故障位置等优点,比较理想地解决了因人工检测效率低而影响故障维修的问题.应用本系统能够有效预防和解决因为光伏板故障导致的发电量减少的情况,达到了节约能源,促进新能源发展的目的.此外提升光伏发电效益,也为光伏电厂的大规模建设与维护提供了良好的技术支持.Based on the technology of image processing and machine learning,combined with the hardware of UAV,thermal imager,wireless image transmission module and other hardware,an intelligent system that used UAV to fully inspect photovoltaic panels and identify faults for modeling was proposed in this paper.This system had the advantages of fast detection speed,short detection cycle,high accuracy,and visual display of fault location,etc.,and it was ideal to solve the problem of low detection efficiency which affected the fault maintenance.The application of this system can effectively prevent and solve the power generation reduction caused by photovoltaic panel failure,and achieve the purpose of energy saving and promoting the development of new energy.In addition,improving the efficiency of photovoltaic power generation also provided good technical support for large-scale construction and maintenance of photovoltaic power plants.
