摘  要:基于三维软件AVL-fire建立EA888发动机的仿真模型进行仿真分析,首先在单次喷油策略下模拟均质燃烧,然后在2次喷油策略下,燃油比例为1∶4来模拟分层燃烧,然后在-20℃的环境温度下,分析分层燃烧模式在不同喷油策略下对CA50、平均指示压力(IMEP)、NO_X的变化。最后进行EA888发动机台架实验对仿真结果进行验证,在低温冷启动通过对比分析2种燃烧模式随着循环数的增加,燃烧特征参数CA10,CA50,CA90,放热率的变化。结果表明,总体上分层燃烧模式优于均质燃烧,有利于提高GDI发动机低温冷启动性能。A simulation model of EA888 engine is built based on three-dimensional software AVL-fire.Firstly,homogeneous combustion is simulated under single injection strategy,then stratified combustion is simulated with fuel ratio of 1:4 under two injection strategies.Then,the changes of CA50,IMEP and NO_X under different injection strategies are analyzed under ambient temperature of-20℃.Finally,the EA888 engine bench test is carried out to verify the simulation results.By comparing and analyzing the changes of combustion characteristic parameters CA10,CA50,CA90 and heat release rate with the increase of cycle number,the results show that the stratified combustion mode is superior to homogeneous combustion on the whole,which is conducive to improving the engine cold start performance at low temperature.
