摘 要:建立了同位素稀释-高效液相色谱-串联质谱法分析山楂制品中展青霉素含量的方法。样品经酶解、提取、净化,HPLC-MS/MS分析及同位素内标法定量。分析结果表明,该方法回收率在81.7%~92.2%;相对标准偏差RSD为3.2%~7.3%;相关系数(r2)>0.999,检出限低至2μg·kg-1,定量限为6μg·kg-1。该方法准确可靠、稳定高效。可以作为检测山楂制品中展青霉素的理想方法。A method for the determination of penicillin in hawthorn products by isotope dilution-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was established.The samples were enzymolysis,extraction,purification,HPLC-MS/MS analysis of isotope internal standard method.The analysis results show that the recovery rate of this method is between 81.7%~92.2%;the relative standard deviation RSD is 3.2%~7.3%;the correlation coefficient(r2)>0.999,the detection limit is as low as 2μg·kg-1,and the limit of quantification is 6μg/kg.The method is accurate,stable and efficient.Hawthorn as a method products show desirable to detect penicillin.
