摘　　要：高质量的师资队伍是民办高校发展的有力支撑。美国私立高校在师资队伍建设上具有注重结构建设、招聘规范严格、重视教师发展、晋升通道明确、考核制度完善等特点,对中国民办高校的教师引进、任用、培养和考核具有重要的参考价值。High-quality teaching staff is a powerful support for the development of private colleges and universities.American private colleges and universities have the characteristics of emphasizing structure construction,strict recruitment criteria,emphasizing teacher development,clear promotion channels,and perfect assessment system.It has important reference value for the introduction,appointment,training and assessment of teachers in Chinese private colleges and universities.
