摘　　要：“双高”建设背景下,培养服务区域发展的高素质技术技能人才成为高职教育的重要任务。这就要求高职院校首先要稳定办学规模,提升办学质量。而北京地区生源数量减少,非首都功能疏解等因素加大了招生工作困难。该研究从主客观因素及政策层面深入探讨了北京高职院校的招生困境,就当前职业教育面临的发展机遇,从对外宣传及学校内涵式建设的角度重点探索了“双高”背景下有效拓宽招生发展的路径。Under the background of“Double High-quality Plan”,it is an important task for higher vocational education to cultivate high-quality technical and technical talents for regional development,which requires higher vocational colleges to first stabilize the scale of running schools and improve the quality of education.However,the decrease of the number of students in Beijing and the deconstruction of non-capital functions increase the difficulty of enrollment.On the basis of subjective,objective factors and policy level,this paper deeply discusses the enrollment dilemma of Beijing higher vocational colleges,analyzes the development opportunities faced by the current vocational education,and from the perspective of external publicity and school connotation construction,focuses on effectively expanding the path of enrollment development under the background of“Double High-quality Plan”.
