摘　　要：通过对26家电商企业和191所高职院校的调查研究,从需求方--企业分析企业对电商人才的需求数量、种类、岗位、知识-技能-素养、存在问题等,从供给方--学校分析目前实训室的面积、类型、管理制度和方式、存在问题等。在需求与供应的对接中,找到存在问题和发展方向,为制定我国高职院校电商专业实训教学条件建设标准提供建议。Based on the investigation of 26 E-commerce enterprises and 191 higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the number,types,positions,knowledge,skills,accomplishment and existing problems of E-commerce talents in demand side enterprises,and analyzes the areas,types,management systems,methods and existing problems of the current training rooms in the supply side schools.In the connection of demand and supply,this paper finds out the existing problems and development direction,and provides suggestions for the establishment of the standards of practical training teaching conditions of E-commerce major in higher vocational colleges.
