摘　　要：对中国和欧亚联盟的食品添加剂法规标准比较研究准体系进行阐述,重点介绍了中国和欧亚联盟的食品添加剂法规标准的监管部门、主要内容及区别,以期为监管部门和企业开展食品添加剂法规标准研究和促进中国-欧亚联盟食品添加剂贸易发展提供参考。This paper focused on comparative research system of China and Eurasia Union′s food additive regulations and standards,introduced the regulatory authorities,main contents and differences of China and Eurasia Union′s food additive regulations and standards,so as to provide basis and reference for regulatory authorities and enterprises to carry out the research on food additive laws and standards and promote the development of China Eurasia Union′s food additive trade.
