从案例到实践的多层次资评人才培养模式设计——以《不动产评估》课程为例

摘　　要：文章以不动产评估为例,探讨如何能在资产评估人才的专业课程培养中,提升其实践能力,将理论与实践更好地融合。讨论了一种“三层案例+实践教学”的多层次评估人才课内实践能力培养体系。“典型教学案例”、“教学讨论案例”和“实验教学案例”体现了从学习、思考到运用的递进式学习方式演变过程。而“实践教学环节”则选择合适的评估项目,让学生亲身体验包括现场勘查、收集资料在内的评估项目全过程,实现教学与实践的真正跨越。Taking the real estate evaluation as an example,this paper discusses how to improve the practical ability of asset evaluation talents and better integrate theory with practice in the professional course training of asset evaluation talents.This paper discusses a multi-level evaluation system of in-class practical ability of talents with"three-tier case+practical teaching"."Typical teaching cases","teaching discussion cases"and"experimental teaching cases"reflect the evolution of progressive learning style from learning,thinking to application.On the other hand,the"practical teaching link"selects the appropriate evaluation project,which allows students to personally experience the whole process of the evaluation project,including site investigation and data collection,so as to realize the real leap between teaching and practice.
