摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议的提出,加强了中国同沿线国家的交流与合作。河北省“沿渤海”、“环京津”的地理位置,必定在“一带一路”建设中赢得发展机遇,也突显出对翻译人才的迫切需求。文章分析了河北省翻译人才培养的现状、面临的主要问题,并提出相应对策,为河北省“一带一路”背景下地方经济发展和对外交流与合作提供语言服务保障。"The Belt and Road"initiative has enhanced exchanges and cooperation between China and"Belt and Road"countries.Along Bohai Sea and around Beijing and Tianjin,Hebei province will certainly win development opportunities in the construction of the Belt and Road,and highlights the urgent need for translation talents.Under the influence of"the Belt and Road"initiative,the present paper analyzes the current status,major problems and corresponding measures of training translation talents in Hebei province to provide better language service for the local economic growth and foreign exchange and cooperation.
