摘 要:苏州市职业大学在“思政课程+课程思政”创造性转化的过程中,提出了“专业+思政”的双向融入理念,即通过双主体团队的项目化为抓手,构建“大思政”的格局体系,保证“三育人”目标的实现。所谓“双主体”,就是“思政课程”教师主体和“课程思政”教师(专业教师)主体。 “双主体”的互动融合,把“思政课程”与“课程思政”的优势激发出来,使专业资源与思政元素融合叠加,协同转化为育人资源,既体现“专业的人做专业的事”,又彰显合体后“有趣的思想”,实现“知识传授”和“价值引领”有机统一,促进教育主体、教学空间、思维模式和教学效果的变化,推动立体化育人向纵深发展。A notion on double-way integration of“ occupational teaching + ideological & political teaching” is put forward in Suzhou Vocational University in the creative transformation of“ ideological & political education + imparting ideological & political education in occupational course teaching”, which ensures the achievement of the objectives in the“ triple-mode cultivation of talents” through the projects launched by“ the team of the two subjects” and the construction of the“ macro ideological & political education”. By the“ two subjects”, we mean the teachers of ideological & political education and other teachers of occupational courses. The interactiveintegration of the two subjects can get the advantages of the two teachings into full play, combing occupational course resources with ideological & political education elements and getting them transformed into cultivating resources in joint efforts. This approach allows“ the professionals to do what is professional” and meanwhile to impart“ interesting thoughts” to occupational course teaching so as to realize value-guided knowledge acquisition, bringing a change to educational subjects, teaching space, modes of thought and teaching effectiveness and carrying forward the three-dimensional talent cultivation.
