摘  要:时间压力与创新之间的关系一直饱受争论。以个体创新行为为切入点,将创新行为分为探索式创新行为和利用式创新行为,探讨时间压力对员工创新行为的影响,并借鉴情感事件理论,将工作激情作为中介变量,特质调节焦点作为调节变量引入,构建了一个被调节的双重路径模型。通过对366名企业员工进行三阶段调研,结果发现:时间压力促进员工的利用式创新行为,但抑制了他们的探索式创新行为;和谐式激情和强迫式激情在时间压力与两类创新行为的关系间同时起到中介作用;特质调节焦点能够调节时间压力与两种工作激情之间的关系以及两条路径的作用强度,即员工的促进型调节焦点占主导时,和谐式激情的中介作用更强而强迫式激情的作用更弱。The relationship between time pressure and innovation behavior has been debated. Taking individual innovation behavior as the starting point, this study divides innovation behavior into exploration innovation behavior and exploitation innovation behavior, and discusses the influence of time pressure on employees’ innovation behavior.Based on affect event theory(AET),this study introduces job passion as mediation variable and trait regulatory focus as moderation variable, constructing a moderated double path model. Through a three-way survey of 366 R&D employees, results show that,(1) Time pressure has a significant positive effect on employees’ exploitation innovation behavior and a significant negative effect on employees’ exploration innovation behavior.(2) Harmonious passion and obsessive passion both partially mediate the relationship between time pressures an exploration innovation behavior as well as exploitation innovation behavior.(3) Trait regulatory focus significant moderates the relationship between time pressure and harmonious/obsessive passion.(4) Trait regulatory focus significant moderates the mediating role of harmonious passion and obsessive passion, such that the mediating role of harmonious passion is stronger while the mediating role of obsessive passion is weaker for employees with promotion regulatory focus.
