摘 要:根据全焊接板式换热器的结构形式及特点,结合氨基酸废水处理中喷浆造粒尾气特性,介绍了适用于高含烟尘、高含湿量的酸性烟气冷却用全焊接板式换热器的设计和应用情况。针对全焊接板式换热器与传统管壳式换热器的工艺条件、设备占地、投资费用等方面进行分析对比,结果表明:全焊接板式换热器具有压降低、占地小、造价低等优势,通过使用耐高温腐蚀材料将全焊接板式换热器以多级串联的形式直接用于高温烟气降温,将在工艺优化、节能降耗等方面取得重大突破。Based on the structural form and characteristic of all-welded plate heat exchanger,as well as the properties of spray granulation tail gas in amino acid wastewater treatment,this paper introduced the design and application of all-welded plate heat exchanger for acid flue gas cooling with high dust and moisture content.After comparison of the process condition,equipment occupation and investment cost between the all-welded plate heat exchanger and traditional shell-and-tube heat exchanger,the all-welded plate heat exchanger was found to be with advantages of low pressure,small footprint and low cost.By using high-temperature corrosion resistant materials,the all-welded plate heat exchanger can be directly used for temperature flue gas cooling in the form of multi-stage series,which will achieve a major breakthrough in process optimization,energy saving and consumption reduction.
