发达国家学习型城市建设比较研究与启示

摘　　要：以英国、韩国、瑞典和丹麦为研究对象,从建设理念、建设动力和建设过程三个方面,探究其建设学习型城市的经验,并在比较研究的基础上,希冀我国在学习型城市建设行动中,不仅要理性看待学习型城市建设,还要充分发挥两条路径的各自优势,充分调动各种参与者的主动性,形成具有中国特色的学习型城市建设路径。Taking the UK, Korea, Sweden and Denmark as the research objects, this paper explores the experience of building learning cities from three aspects of construction concept, construction motivation and construction process. Based on the comparative research, it is hoped that in the construction of learning cities in China, we should not only treat the construction of learning cities rationally, but also give full play to the respective advantages of the two paths to fully mobilize the initiative of various participants in order to form a learning city construction path with Chinese characteristics.
