摘 要:新时代乡村振兴的背景下,农村老年人作为农村发展的庞大群体,需要获得更多的关注。农村老年教育是推进农村建设的重要手段,有效推进农村老年教育发展需要把握农村老年人的学习需求及其影响因素。本研究基于山西省交城县Y村16位农村老人访谈结果,采用扎根理论进行三级编码,发现农村老人的学习需求主要分为实用需求、健康需求、参与需求三类;影响农村老年人学习需求的主要因素有经济因素、身体因素、家庭因素和社会因素。Under the rural revitalization in the new era,as a large group in rural development,the rural elderly need to be given more attention.Rural elderly education is an important means to promote rural construction.It is necessary to effectively grasp the learning needs of the rural elderly and its influencing factors in order to promote the development of rural elderly education.Based on the interview of 16 rural elders in Y village in Jiaocheng county of Shanxi province,this study conducts three-level coding according to the grounded theory,and finds that the learning needs of the rural elderly are mainly divided into practical needs,health needs and participation needs;the main factors affecting the learning needs of the rural elderly are economic factors,physical factors,family factors and social factors.
