摘　　要：职业教育全过程评价是对职业教育课堂教学中教学目标、教学组织、教学效果综合性评价。创立了N+3综合评价法,评价过程以教与学全过程信息采集为支撑。建立学生职业能力分析数据库,以大数据分析为手段,教师、学生、企业技术人员为评价主体,全员全过程参与评价,服务课堂及时调整教学策略,最终实现针对学生个性化培养的精准教学。The whole process evaluation of vocational education is a comprehensive evaluation of teaching objectives,teaching organization and teaching effect in classroom teaching.Creating the N+3 comprehensive evaluation method,the evaluation process are supported by the collecting the datas of teching and learning of students.Establish students’vocational ability analysis database,by means of large data analysis,we can adjust teaching ways in the classroom,finally realizes the accurate teaching for students personalized cultivation.
