摘  要:近年来,翻译人才本土化培养已成为各大地方院校翻译专业发展所面临的课题。作者结合近四年来作为黑龙江外国语学院翻译工作坊导师的经历,从"以翻译工作坊"模式下翻译人才本土化培养目标、培养特点、培养途径等几个方面,讨论并总结翻译人才本土化培养模式的实践内容,期望为同类院校翻译专业本土化人才培养提供一定的借鉴。In recent years,the topic:“training of translation talents for local development”has become an important task for the development of translation majors in local universities and colleges.Based on the author’s experience as a supervisor of the Translation Workshop of Heilongjiang International University in the past four years,the author discusses and summarizes the practical contents of the training mode of translation talents in Heilongjiang International University for local development from the aspects of the goal,characteristics and ways of training under the mode of Translation Workshop,hoping to provide some reference for this topic in similar institutions.
