摘 要:高职院校基层行政人员作为学校正常高效运作的主要推动力量,对其专业能力的研究具有重要意义。以广东省高职院校基层行政人员作为研究对象,通过文献探讨搭建专业能力指标体系框架,再运用改良式德尔菲法确定专业能力指标体系,最后通过专家问卷分析评估专业能力指标的权重,研究建立了一套高职院校基层行政人员专业能力指标体系,并得出各指标之权重。Since the primary level administrative personnel in higher vocational college are the main driving force for efficient daily operation of school,studying their professional competence is of great significance.Therefore,the current research studied the professional competence of primary level administrative personnel in Guangdong province vocational colleges through steps.Firstly,relevant literatures were reviewed and discussed to set up the framework of professional competence index system.Secondly,the professional competence index system was determined using the modified Delphi method.Lastly,the weight of professional competence indices were estimated via the analysis of expert questionnaire data.Through the above steps,the weight of each index was obtained,thus establishing a set of professional competence index system for primary level administrative personnel in higher vocational college.
