摘　　要：随着我国经济的快速发展,社会对应用型人才的需求发生了新变化.因此,地方高校构建数学与应用数学专业师范类人才培养的新模式就显得非常迫切.本文以问题为导向,从教学理念、专业课程设置、师资队伍素养、学生实践基地建设等四个方面阐述了构建数学与应用数学专业师范类人才培养模式的实践思路,期望培养出适应社会需求的高素质专业人才.With the rapid development of China’s economy,social demand has new changes for application-oriented talents.Therefore,it is very urgent for local colleges and universities to build a new model for the cultivation of normal talents in mathematics and applied mathematics.Guided by the problems,the paper expounds the practical thinking of constructing the training mode of normal talents in mathematics and applied mathematics from four aspects:changing teaching idea;optimizing professional course setting;promoting teachers and students’quality;perfecting practice base.It is expected to cultivate high-quality professional talents to meet the needs of the society.
