摘　　要：高校辅导员团队建设对促进高校思想政治教育工作成效具有重要的现实意义,辅导员团队的和谐状态直接关系着辅导员团队的建设质量,以“团队和谐”为视角,以系统论理论与和谐管理理论为基础,通过对环境—要素—过程的“3C”范式研究,对辅导员团队系统和谐性进行分析,结合辅导员团队系统的架构、层次及影响要素对辅导员团队系统和谐性进行模型构建,为推动高校辅导员队伍专业化、职业化建设提供有效路径。The team building of college counselors is of great practical significance to promote the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and the harmonious state of counselors'team is directly related to the construction quality of counselors'team.Based on the system theory and the harmonious management theory and through the study of the"3C"paradigm of circumstance-elements-course,this paper on the perspective of team harmony analyzes the harmony of the team system of counselors,combines the structure,hierarchy and influencing factors of the counselors'team system to construct the model of the system harmony of the counselors'team,and furthermore,provides an effective approach to promoting the specialization and professionalization of the college counselors'team.
