摘　　要：为解决卷烟包装成本高的问题,提出基于数据挖掘的卷烟包装成本参数自优化与控制方法。首先利用数据挖掘技术对卷烟原材料耗费量等数据进行多维度分析,在此基础上采集卷烟包装加工成本数据,获得卷烟包装材料的实际成本;然后利用支持向量机预测模型获得卷烟包装加工成本和加工参数之间的关系,实现卷烟包装成本参数自优化与控制。仿真实验结果表明:运用该方法对卷烟包装成本参数进行优化与控制,可以更全面、便捷地统计卷烟包装成本和利润。Aiming at the high cost of cigarette packaging,it introduces a self optimization and control method of cigarette packaging cost parameters based on data mining.Based on the data mining technology it analyzes the cost information such as the consumption of cigarette raw materials,collects the information of cigarette packaging and processing cost and obtains the actual cost of cigarette materials.It uses the support vector machine prediction model to build the relationship between cigarette packaging processing cost and processing parameters,combines them to realize the self-optimization and control of cigarette packaging process parameters.The simulation results show that the method can be used to calculate the cost and profit of cigarette packaging in a more comprehensive and convenient way,and after optimizing and controlling the technological parameters of cigarette packaging,the cigarette packaging size is reasonable and the processing error is small.
