摘　　要：重大疫情的暴发会对民众的心理产生巨大冲击,引发应激心理和应激行为。针对危机应激事件,应该采取适当的应对方法,增强心理免疫力,进而避免心理危机。本文在梳理已有理论与实证研究及临床防护方法的基础上,提炼并形成了心理防护的PASS模型,为重大疫情暴发期间个体心理防护及社会心理疏导机制提供了一些框架性的思考。During the outbreak of COVID-19,it has a huge impact on the public′s psychology,leading to psychological and behavioral stress responses.In response to stress events,appropriate measures should be taken to avoid psychological crisis and enhance psychological immunity.On the basis of combing the existing theoretical and empirical research with clinical protection methods,this article proposes a PASS model of psychological protection,which provides some theoreticalthinking for individual psychological protection and the social psychological counseling mechanism during a major epidemic outbreak.
